Hi everyone, please excuse the mess!

This site is currently being developed as a spin-off from my main site, www.lisaamartin.wordpress.com. That site originally started as a place to showcase my portfolio (I’m a freelance science writer and editor), but it has also quickly become a source of useful information for people new to freelancing, particularly users of the site Freelancer.com.

The posts about freelancing, rather than my posts as a freelancer, have grown so much in popularity, that I decided it was time to split the blog into two, thus allowing each blog to have one clear purpose.

For the time being, as you can see, i’m still twiddling with the layout and settings here at www.freelancerlisa.wordpress.com, so if you’re looking for information about me as a freelancer, or for information about freelancing, please continue to use the old site for now. Hopefully we’ll be up and running here very soon!
